Role Overview

`Solvesta is currently conducting market research and talent mapping within the AI Engineering ecosystem. We are looking to connect with AI Engineers and professionals working across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and AI-powered software applications. This position is primarily intended to help us understand the current AI talent market, identify strong technical profiles, and build a qualified talent pool that we can reach when relevant hiring needs, projects, partnerships, or referral opportunities arise. Selected candidates may be contacted for further discussions, technical evaluation, potential opportunities, or referrals depending on their experience and the requirements of future projects. Requirements

`• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals. • Practical experience with Python and common AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar technologies. • Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts and model development workflows. • Experience building practical AI-powered applications or working with real-world datasets. • Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, or AI application development is highly valued. • Experience with APIs, backend systems, databases, and software engineering practices is a strong advantage. • Ability to evaluate, debug, optimize, and improve AI models and AI-powered systems. • Understanding of model deployment, inference, monitoring, or MLOps is a plus. • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams. • A portfolio, GitHub profile, personal projects, research, or other evidence of practical work is highly appreciated. • Fresh graduates and early-career engineers with strong practical projects are welcome to apply. • Strong communication skills and willingness to continuously learn.
